Disciplines within the HRP

The HR Professional Collective of Coaching Nederland consists of a group of specialists active in the following disciplines.

  • Strategic HR Management: These experts focus on aligning HR strategies with the overall business strategy. This includes long-term planning, identifying future staffing needs, and fostering a strong organizational culture.
  • HR Analytics and HR Technology: HR or People Analytics is a rapidly growing technological field within Human Resources. Our specialists use data analysis to inform and improve personnel-related decisions. The primary goal is to identify and analyze patterns and trends in employee data to enhance organizational decision-making and achieve better business outcomes, such as the use of Preventive Signaling Technology (PST).
    EA specialty within HR Technology is the application of Artificial Intelligence, handled by members of our AI Coaching Collective (AIC).
  • Recruitment and Selection: These specialists focus on finding and attracting suitable candidates and managing their onboarding. This includes drafting job postings, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates.
  • Training and Talent Development: These experts work on developing the skills and competencies of employees. This ranges from providing training and coaching to establishing career paths and leadership development programs.
  • Performance Management: This discipline aims to manage and improve employee performance while offering competitive and fair compensation. It involves setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback. It also includes managing employee rewards, such as salaries, bonuses, and benefits, with the goal of creating a motivating compensation system.
  • Labor Relations: This area focuses on the relationship between management and employees. It includes negotiating labor agreements, resolving conflicts, and engaging with labor unions.
  • HR Administration: The administrative side of HR includes tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing personnel files.
  • Health and Safety: Focusing on health and safety involves complying with safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and promoting workplace health and well-being, for example, through the use of Coaching Nederland’s Employee Support Program.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: This field focuses on creating an inclusive work environment where diversity is valued and promoted. It includes initiatives and policies aimed at ensuring equal opportunities and preventing discrimination.
