Innovate + Automate = Flourish

The AI Coaching Collective (AIC)

The AIC is a network of business coaches and AI experts with expertise in designing, implementing, and applying Artificial Intelligence within organizations, for example, for:

  1. Customer Service: AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants can provide 24/7 customer support, answer questions, and resolve issues.
  2. Marketing: AI can assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
  3. Talent Acquisition and management: AI can assist in screening applicants, identifying suitable candidates, and managing human resources.
  4. Automation of work processes: AI can automate routine tasks, such as data entry, allowing employees to focus on more complex tasks.
  5. Healthcare and well-being: AI applications, such as Preventive Signaling Technology, can monitor and improve the health and well-being of employees.
  6. Product Development: AI can assist in designing new products or improving existing ones through advanced simulations and analyses.
  7. Data Analysis and insights: AI can process large amounts of data to identify patterns and trends, helping organizations make better decisions.
  8. Enhanced Security: AI-driven security systems can recognize patterns in cyber threats and proactively address them.
  9. Financial Management: AI can be used for fraud prevention, risk assessment, and automated portfolio management in the financial sector.
  10. AI Workshop or Training. An AI workshop informs executives, managers, and/or employees on how they can apply AI in their own work.
Through an AI training, executives, managers, and/or employees learn how to make optimal use of AI tools available online, such as: GPT, DALL·2, Google Bard, Microsoft Co-pilot, MidJourney, and many others.
Of course, 1:1 coaching by an AI coach is also available.

How the AI Collective Works

  1. An executive or manager of the organization can register with the AI Collective by calling 020-5112210 or using the link to our contact form below.
  2. In a telephone intake interview with one of our AI Business Coaches, the organization’s needs are assessed, and the most suitable AI expert is identified. This expert is then connected with the organization.
In this conversation, together with specialized experts such as data analysts or AI programmers, the approach to the project is determined and the execution is planned accordingly.
  3. Once the needs are clearly defined and how they can be met, a proposal is presented for either the first phase or the entire project, including the investment required for the expert’s involvement in the various project phases. Upon approval of the investment, the following steps take place:
  4. The execution of the entire project or, in the case of a long-term project, the first phase.
  5. The execution of the entire project or, for a long-term project, the initial phase.
