EA specialty within HR Technology is the application of Artificial Intelligence, handled by members of our AI Coaching Collective<\/strong> <\/a>(AIC). <\/li>\n- Recruitment and Selection<\/strong>: These specialists focus on finding and attracting suitable candidates and managing their onboarding. This includes drafting job postings, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates. <\/li>\n
- Training and Talent Development<\/strong>: These experts work on developing the skills and competencies of employees. This ranges from providing training and coaching to establishing career paths and leadership development programs. <\/li>\n
